3 quick easy healthy snacks


Snack #1

Cut a cantaloupe in half and scoop the seeds out. Put cottage cheese in the middle and enjoy. If you don't like cottage cheese then try low fat yogurt.

Snack 2#

Slice an apple and put a thin slice of cheddar cheese on each piece. Another option is peanut butter.

Snack 3#

A bowl of plain yogurt and add cinnamon and agave (or honey). Keep adding till its sweet enough for you.
